zbrush and maya character animation and creation pipeline

 hello everyone new to this forum


i am originally a cinema 4d artist and also learning maya for character creation rigging and animation  for about 4 month now but i also hear if you want your character to be like the one in the big budget studios  you need to learn zbrush in addition to maya to create hi rez mesh  with cloth and hair


so how this pipeline work model a character in zbrush then export it to maya for rigging and animation ... i also need your advice if i should start learning zbrush for this pipeline


appreciate any advice
