3ds Max Quicktip – Making the Physical Material Default to Advanced Mode
This quick tip shows you how to set the Physical Material to default to Advanced Mode, so that you have separate Color and Reflection controls. Ordinarily, you would have to manually enable Advanced Mode after adding a Physical Material node. The workflow shown here saves you that additional step.
