As Office Administrator for CCP Newcastle, you will work in an energetic and expanding office that is developing one of the most anticipated games utilising cutting edge technology. You are reliable, diligent, proactive and friendly and look forward to this opportunity to work independently as part of a larger team.
Admin routine work, including telephone operator, courier arrangement, document filling, supply and manage office equipment, schedule meetings, car usage arrangement.
Support with Office management: stationery, cleaning service, food orders, telephone, mobile.
Support Finance with invoice tracking and monthly bill checking.
Running the office calendar (tracking holidays, conferences, visitors etc.).
Support with suppliers and agents management: travel agent, real estate agent, hotel, printing, furniture, mail & posting, gifts, and more.
Supporting HR with onboarding process for new hires.
Support with company activity organisation.
Travel agenda arrangement: booking, travels, meeting, hotel etc.
Visa and work permit related issues, including application, renew, cancellation, and data maintenance.
Other task as assigned.
Responsive, good coordination and great team worker.
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Good communication skills and multi-tasks handling ability.
Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking is necessary, at least 6 CET.
At least 1-2 year relevant working experience. Any management experience will be a plus.
