Content Specialist

The Content Specialist is an engaging on-camera, video, and social media guru. The ideal candidate has experience and a passion for creating YouTube videos, livestreams and/or blog content. He/she is a master communicator who enjoys being in front of a camera and moderating conversations. When off-air, the content specialist will write blog content, converse with fans in social media, and constantly develop new ideas that will delight and amuse our game communities. Responsibilities:

Develop the narrative for weekly video content.
Moderate YouTube or livestream videos for games.
Create walkthrough or tutorial videos.
Regularly engage with players on social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing and community team members to keep a pulse on player communities and tailor content for them.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and professionalism across all media, including web content, broadcast and social media.
Provide input to the creation of additional forms of content.
Interact and interview people at live events and trade shows.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of professional work experience.
An understanding of the hardware, software, and logistical challenges of broadcasting via YouTube or Twitch.
A strong grasp of social media channels and how to engage and grow communities through these channels
