• Looks across department to ensure needs of present and future shows are being met with artists; formulates plan of action if that is not the case (training, hiring, etc.).

• Interact with Producers and Production Managers on day-to-day crew needs. Coordinate changes with Management and Producers and inform personnel of changes when necessary.
• Maintain regular status meetings with internal shows.
• Manage overall scheduling and crewing strategy across ILM Singapore, using Bodycast and Studiocast systems. Create capacity reports and scenarios regularly. Proactively collaborate with ILM SF team on overall production staffing needs.
