Participate in all storyboard handout and pitches. Provide notes and ensure clarity as questions arise. Ensure notes are disseminated appropriately.
Managing each shows animatic at all stages including animatic pitches, revisions and lock. Ensure style and vision for the show is maintained consistently. Oversee revisions and provide notes ongoing.
Will participate in the interviewing process as well as review portfolios and tests. Responsible for helping in recruitment process of both in house and freelance storyboard artists.

Provide status updates, discuss concerns, and review potential changes with appropriate production staff on a regular basis.
Participate in all storyboard pitches including pitching the boards when necessary. Provide notes and ensure clarity as questions arise. Act as liaison between other creative department heads and story artists to ensure notes are disseminated appropriately.
Work with team to ensure show management guidelines including naming conventions are followed.
Responsible for evaluating the continuity and quality of all storyboards are maintained across the team. Provide feedback to artists to ensure characters stay on model, that the reuse library is appropriately leveraged and that the accuracy of revisions is seen through to completion of task before sending the storyboards to the animatics department.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prior UNIX/Linux/Windows experience is a MUST.
Prepare incoming/outgoing data transfers
Ingest files from clients and vendors and prepare deliveries back to them
Maintains data and asset tracking information
Partners with other production personnel to ensure data is scheduled and delivered in a timely manner.
This will include a close collaboration with the post-production teams and pipeline.
Coordinates all client deliveries (outgoing and incoming), both physical deliveries and digital deliveries
and maintains log of all deliveries.
May be required to do some limited Python scripting and collaborate closely with the pipeline team
Performs any required validation to ensure outgoing data is in the form and the quality expected

Responsible for retake lists, relaying retake lists and gathering clarification materials for outside studios.
Responsible for audio notes, relays ADR requests and deadlines to Casting Supervisor, ensuring delivery of ADR in time for episode pre-mix.
Distributes and posts QTs for internal and external review; tracking all notes that arise from these reviews.
Attends sessions and takes thorough notes and ensures they are distributed to all appropriate production staff.
On CG Series, works closely with Production Manager to ensure that predetermined animation stages are delivered to the Post department as scheduled. On 2D series, works with outside animation studio to ensure footage deliveries are received on time.
Facilitates communication with partner studios by answering retake questions
and coordinating the delivery of clarification materials in a timely manner.
Helps Post Production Supervisor with marketing requests to ensure that all footage requests that pertain to their projects are fulfilled.
Coordinates archiving activities.
Assists with ad hoc projects.
