Shading Workflow – Blender Tutorial

Setting up the base, clean, brushed aluminium shader — then combine the baked AO map with a rust texture to form a dirt map — and then use a pre-made rough metal shader (a node group used in other materials) as the dirt of the aluminium. While not technically accurate or realistic, I think it does a good job for a background prop.
